Chocolate cake

Sift 1 and a half cup flour
Half cup cocoa
Add 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon baking powder
Half teaspoon salt
Make a cup of coffee by adding to a cup of boiling water 2 teaspoons Nescafe coffee. Can add any coffee.
Now add flour mixture to the egg mixture
Mix
Add the hot coffee
Combine well. Divide into two 7 inch greased pans and bake in 180 preheated oven for +- 35 minutes or till knife comes out clean
Topping
Chocolate ganache
1 and a half cup Chocolate
Half cup cream
Heat cream and add Chocolate to warm cream. Let t bit stand a bit and mix well. Leave for about 2 hours or more in fridge. Beat it well and spread on cake
White filling is Ermine buttercream
