Lemon Blueberry Yogurt Loaf

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Fold in the blueberries.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely
